Hi all,

After a lot of thought, I've decided this role isn't the right long-term fit for me, and I'll be moving on. My last day will be two weeks from today.

I appreciate the chance I was given here, and the colleagues I had the privilege to learn from. I'll do my best to leave my pipeline in good shape.

The story

I had given the role 90 days, then 90 more, then "one more quarter," then "let me see how Q2 lands." On a Tuesday in June I sat at the window table at the cafe across from the office and realized I'd been negotiating with my own life. I sent the letter before my latte was cold.
